You can exchange clothing items (like t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, and joggers) if there is a problem with the size or if the product is damaged. To process an exchange, please contact us for authorization.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we can exchange the product if it is damaged or if there is a size issue, as long as the items are new and unused.

Returns and Exchanges

  1. We make exchanges easy for all orders. To exchange an item, please contact us and we will provide a return authorization. Exchanges are only allowed for items bought directly from our website. The item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging. Contact us with your order ID, and we will create a return authorization for your previous item.
  2. For clothing orders, you can only change the size, not the color (as mentioned in the product description).
  3. If there is a size issue, simply send us a text on WhatsApp at 8431233178 with your order ID and product images.
  4. If there is any damage or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. After that, our support team may not be able to assist you.
  5. For size exchanges, you need to ship the parcel back to us via Indiapost within 48 hours of receiving the delivery (except on Sundays). Once we receive it, we will ship the parcel with the new size to you.
  6. For damaged products, you need to ship the parcel back to us via Indiapost. Once we receive it, we will ship a new parcel to you. We will cover the shipping expenses of India Post for damaged products.
  7. If an order has been damaged but has been used, it cannot be exchanged. Examples include a poster once it has been stuck, clothing once it has been washed, a katana once it has been assembled, stickers, and phone skins that have been used.

Refunds

Only paid orders that have not been shipped are eligible for refunds. Eligible Refunds will be done within 5 to 7 working days into customer’s bank account. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be stopped or refunded.

If the order has been damaged during delivery, it can be exchanged with a new product free of charge, or we can provide a credit note of the order amount with no expiry date (if the product is out of stock).

Invalid Reasons

We cannot honor requests for refunds if the buyer no longer wants the items. It is important for the buyer to make sure they want to purchase the items before placing an order. Once an order is submitted, the buyer is legally obligated to purchase all items in that order.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. However, if the order has already been shipped, we cannot stop the package.
