7-Day Easy Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges

You can exchange clothing items (t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies) in case of:

  • Size issues
  • Damaged or defective products

To process an exchange, please contact us for authorization.

How it works:

  • Share your Order ID and product images (for damaged products) via WhatsApp at 8431233178 or email us at [email protected]
  • We will arrange a pickup or guide you through the process
  • Once we receive the product, we will ship the replacement

Note:

  • Only size exchanges are allowed.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be initiated
  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect

Note:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Return Shipping

  • For damaged or incorrect products, we will arrange a free pickup
  • For size exchanges or returns due to preference, we will arrange the pickup and customer need to ship the product back to us within 7 days of delivery

Damaged / Missing Items

If your order is damaged or has missing items:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • After this window, we may not be able to process the request

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
  • You may request a return after delivery as per policy

Non-Eligible Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for used products. Examples include:

  • Clothing that has been worn or washed
  • Posters that have been stuck
  • Stickers, phone skins, or similar items once used
  • Products that are damaged after use
